Michael W. Boyd     Reared in Cleveland County, Arkansas, Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelorette of Arts in broadcast journalism.   He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1997.

     Michael is a member of the American, Arkansas, and Columbia County Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).  He is the 2008-2009 secretary/treasurer of the Board of Governors for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.  Michael also serves on the Arkansas 4-H State Advisory Council, as a member of Trial Lawyers Care (a pro bono organization formed to assist 9/11 victims with claims), and as a board member of Cleveland County Helping Hands.
 

     Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, officiating football, and coaching softball.  He and his wife, Jamie, have four children.
